Nutritional Labels 101
My fabulous roommate let me know about an excellent running routine called, “Couch to 5K”. Basically each week for three times a week you are running/walking for various amounts at a time for a total of 20 minutes. The first week I had to run for 1 minute and walk for 1.5 and the second week I ran for 1.5 and walked for 2 minutes. It is really great and I have grown to enjoy running more which is a great for the entire body.
