My fabulous roommate let me know about an excellent running routine called, “Couch to 5K”. Basically each week for three times a week you are running/walking for various amounts at a time for a total of 20 minutes. The first week I had to run for 1 minute and walk for 1.5 and the second week I ran for 1.5 and walked for 2 minutes. It is really great and I have grown to enjoy running more which is a great for the entire body.

I have recently become somewhat obsessed with the idea of getting healthy. I am 2 weeks FREE from Dr. Pepper (my very own crack) and am working out at least 3 times a week. I refuse to gain any weight what so ever and I want that “banging” body for this summer..and the rest of my life! I can thank my loving boyfriend (who is extremely good looking and fit) for this new found obsession.
